A Factory Evaluation questionnaire is sent to the management of factory required to be audited. Either the client has their own standardized document or we send our document. The factory management is required to complete and return the questionnaire by a mutually agreed date and also confirm date of actual audit. Our audit team will check compliance with the information provided in the completed questionnaire, and any non-conformities or discrepancies are noted in the Report, to be addressed and removed by specified date.
