For inspection of textile goods, we normally follow the American  ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, NF06-22, British BS 6001 or German DIN 40080 standards. In case of fabric inspection, American point system prescribed by American Society for Quality Control are followed. Sampling plan and inspection procedures prescribed under Mil-STD 105E, ISO 2859-1 are also complied whenever required. We have attended numerous pre-shipment assignments of textile goods in Pakistan; India, UAE, Jordan and several other countries in Middle East and South East Asia behalf of leading North and South American and European based buyers.

Readymade garments as the name suggests are ready to wear off the shelf/hanger products. They are cut and stitched in specified sizes to fit people of that general weight/height dimension. These products are a very large segment of international trade and are imported/exported by almost every country in the world. While most such products are conventional every day wear, the competition in this mass market is so intense that every brand is continuously experimenting with design, color and other creative touches, to keep ahead of the others, which makes inspection of readymade garments a very challenging assignment. Another very important aspect of Pre Shipment Inspections is that it will highlight required corrective actions in the manufacturing process and help lower rejections and costs for both supplier and buyer.

If specified or required, samples are drawn and sent to a laboratory on our panel of Pre-Qualified laboratories, for various tests including color fastness, warp/weft, pile or other tests as specified by client.
